Foel DH Riders were well represented at the start of the 2005 Specialized Winter Series. Our very own Wayne Appleby just missing the podium by 3 seconds to take a well earned 4th place. A further shout goes out to Barry and Joe for very respectable top 20 positions.

Wayne told us how he felt abot the race: "After run 1 i was in 3rd but ended up 4th after run2, i was 3 seconds off 3rd place, all down to silly little dabs, but thats downhilling for you, i would like to say cheers to all the Foel lot who cheered me on, BRING ON ROUND 2 ! "
